Scribblenauts Unlimited
Updated: Dec 5, 2020
So, I am going to cheat here and do my first review on a game that I have currently 10.8 hours in. Now, don't let the family friendly nature of this first review steer you away as I do play almost every genre, but throughout this project I will be forced into like all of them. Yippy, bundles with random stuff! Anyways, I do like this game and I wish they would make more of them. As I write that I realize there is another one, Unmasked, that has now made it to my wishlist for the next sale. Never buy a game full price! Anyways, Scribblenauts Unlimited is a problem solving game where you have to write in the name of something to help the main character solve the problem to move on. There isn't a lot that the game doesn't recognize so you are free to do everything on the spectrum from a kind solution to down right brutal. You can even summon Cthulhu, so that gets bonus points right there.
Also, this is a casual game that I can play with my kid. The kid can't write yet but can watch the game and come up with ideas that I can put into words in game. It is a great way to spend time with the kid and introducing them to games.
